Motion Blur

Hello,
Seeing as there is no motion blur in mini DV footage, does anyone know how to simulate it?

For me this is the main problem in altering DV footage to make it look more like film.
Any suggestions?

motion blur is determined by shutter speed at aquisition time.

also, shoot frames, not fields.

and make sure you're telling a good story ... **** on video is still **** when it looks like film on video, **** **** ****
